The San Francisco Literacy Coalition unites community partners to provide strategically coordinated, highly effective reading and writing supports to students from pre-K through 5th grade to increase literacy achievement.
The San Francisco Literacy Coalition:
- Aligns the efforts of literacy providers by coordinating services and facilitating the exchange of insights
- Provides on-the-ground support and coordination at schools with high populations of historically marginalized students
- Convenes stakeholders to take collective action to raise literacy achievement across the education system
Together, we are building a foundation for lifelong learning and success for every child in our community.
